产品介绍

活死细菌染色试剂盒（LIVE/DEAD Bacterial Viability and Counting Kit, for flow cytometry）可以通过流式细胞仪有效的区分活、死细菌并实现定量检测；而且对各类细菌的混合物也可以实现定量分析检测。该试剂盒采用两种核酸染料来进行细菌活力测定：绿色荧光染料（功能等同于SYTO 9）以及红色荧光染料PI（碘化丙啶），并通过标准微球精准测量样品体积。用适当比例的绿色荧光染料与PI混合物染色时，细胞膜完好的细菌发出明亮的绿色荧光，而细胞膜受损的细菌则表现出绿色荧光明显减弱，同时发出较强的红色荧光。细胞类型和革兰氏特征会影响死细菌产生红色荧光的强度。绿色荧光染料与PI染料在大部分流式细胞仪中都是由488nm激光器实现有效激发的，各自的核酸复合物荧光信号可分别在绿色通道和红色通道中检测到，并且几乎没有背景荧光。
标准微球悬浮液作为样品体积的参考标准，尺寸和荧光经过仔细筛选，以确保微球在流式细胞检测中荧光--侧向散射图中可以明显的区别于被染色的细菌。
