酶活:powder,6 unit/mg solid

酶活定义:在50℃、pH值为4.8的条件下,每分钟降解木聚糖溶液释放1umol还原糖所需要的酶量为一个酶活力单位(u)。

溶解性: 推荐使用0.1M  pH4.8  乙酸钠缓冲液同届,产品存在不溶性载体,搅拌30min左右,,直接离心取上清液或者过滤使用,不会影响活性。
