产品介绍

产品配方：碘化汞-碘化钾-氢氧化钠（ HgI2-KI-NaOH）溶液，取 16.0 g 氢氧化钠（ NaOH），溶于 50 ml 水中，冷却至室温。称取 7.0 g 碘化钾（ KI）和 10.0 g 碘化汞（ HgI2），溶于水中，然后将此溶液在搅拌下，缓慢加入到上述 50 ml 氢氧化钠溶液中，用水稀释至 100 ml。贮于聚乙烯瓶内，用橡皮塞或聚乙烯盖子盖紧，于暗处存放。

注意事项：此产品有少量沉淀属于正常现象，可以离心或过滤取上清液使用，不影响检测结果；溶液为强碱性溶液，避免玻璃瓶保存。开封后尽量三个月内使用。不用时放入冷藏保存。

储存条件：	2-8℃，避光
用途：	利用红外-可见分光光度法原理测定空气中、水体中氨氮含量；成分；水、碘化钾、碘化汞、氢氧化钠
