体内研究：

Terutroban（30 mg/kg；灌胃；每日 1 次；6 周）在自发性高血压易卒中型大鼠（SHRSPs）中，得出防止主动脉增厚、抑制血管细胞增殖、减少血管纤维化、HSP47 和 TGF-1β 表达且不影响血压的结果。
