产品介绍

无活性的内酯环结构转化为有活性的开环羟基酸结构方法：

1. 取 10 mg 洛伐他汀溶解在 0.2 mL 55°C的无水乙醇中;

2. 溶解后加入 0.1 mL 0.6 M NaOH 和 2 mL 水溶液，混匀后室温孵育 30 分钟；

3. 用 HCl 调节 pH 到 8.0。

4. 最后定容到 2.47 mL，终浓度为 10 mM。
