Meropenem (SM 7338) 是一种具有广谱抗菌活性的碳青霉烯抗生素。Meropenem 对敏感和耐药的淋病奈瑟氏球菌 (MIC 值为 0.02-0.06 mg/mL)，流感嗜血杆菌 (MIC 值为 0.03-0.12 mg/mL) 和杜克氏杆菌 (MIC 值为 0.015-0.12 mg/mL) 具有活性。
