产品介绍

模拟体液通常缩写为SBF或Kokubo溶液。Kokubo和他的同事开发了一种非细胞模拟体液,其无机离子浓度与人类细胞外体液相似,目的是在体外生物活性材料上复制羟基磷灰石的形成。该溶液不仅可用于评价人工材料的体外生物活性,还可在仿生条件下对各种材料进行磷灰石涂层。 注意事项:将SBF大量元素溶解于900ml去离子水中,完全溶解后,用稀盐酸或氢氧化钠调整pH为7.3-7.5。再加入钙盐粉末,待充分溶解,补足总量至1升,调整最终pH为7.3-7.5即可。如有必要,可以过滤后使用。注意4℃密闭保存,禁止冻存和常温保存。
