Store in the dark.C1506003B调色液50 mL2-8℃C1506003C封片液5 mL2-8℃操作步骤：样品处理：a)石蜡切片：1. 二甲苯中脱蜡5-10分钟。2. 换用新鲜的二甲苯，再脱蜡5-10分钟。3. 无水乙醇5分钟。4. 90%乙醇2分钟。5. 70%乙醇2分钟。6. PBS洗，2分钟，3次。7. 结晶紫染色液10分钟。8. 用C液封片。注意：如果颜色不深，可以增加染色时间；如果颜色过深，可以用B液洗，每次30秒到一分钟，后用水洗。b)冰冻切片：1. 用4%多聚甲醛固定30分钟。2. PBS洗3次每次5分钟。3. 结晶紫染色液10分钟。4. 用C液封片。注意：如果颜色不深，可以增加染色时间；如果颜色过深，可以用B液洗，每次30秒到一分钟，后用水洗。c)培养细胞：1. 用4%多聚甲醛固定10分钟。2. PBS洗3次每次5分钟。3. 结晶紫染色液10分钟。4. 用C液封片注意：如果颜色不深，可以增加染色时间；如果颜色过深，可以用B液洗，每次30秒到一分钟，后用水洗。注意事项：1.第一次使用本试剂时建议先取1-2个样品做预实验，确定一个好染色时间。2.为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。

Replace with fresh xylene and dewax again for 5–10 minutes.3. Immerse in absolute ethanol for 5 minutes.4. Immerse in 90% ethanol for 2 minutes.5. Immerse in 70% ethanol for 2 minutes.6. Rinse with PBS for 2 minutes, repeated 3 times.7. Stain with Crystal Violet Staining Solution for 10 minutes.8.
