外观: 白色至米黄色粉末
储存条件: 2-8℃
用途: 一种能水解多肽、酰胺和酯的酶。其分子由212残基的折叠多肽键组成。微有吸湿性。对光敏感。不完全的溶于水和甘油,几乎不溶于多数有机溶剂。酶反应:裂解Arg-、Lys-、Phe-、X氨基酸。模型底物为苯甲酰精氨酸乙酯(BAEE)、N-苯甲酰-L-精氨酸对硝基苯胺(N-α-Bz-L-Arg-4-NA)、苄氧羰酰缬氨酰甘氨酰精氨酸对硝基苯胺(Chromozym TRY)。激活剂有半胱氨酸(Cys)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、EDTA、还原剂、氰化物。抑制剂有汞(Hg2+)、其他重金属、碘乙酸、N-对基顺丁烯二
