产品介绍

酶活定义: 1g固体酶粉(或1ml液体酶),在40℃、pH3.5件下,1min水解酪素产生1µg酪氨酸为1个酶活力单位。 作用方式:作用于蛋白质中的肽键,主要生成物为小肽和氨基酸。 热稳定性:pH2.0-4.0条件下,40℃以下比较稳定,超过50℃酶活损失严重,60℃以上很快失活。 pH稳定性:2.0-4.0之间稳定,超过此范围,失活较严重。 金属离子对酶活力的影响:被钙、镁离子激活,被铜、汞、铅离子所抑制。
储存条件: 2-8℃
用途: 水解蛋白,具有较强的水解能力能力,能将大分子的蛋白质水解成氨基酸等产物。
