Sodium alginate 是海藻酸的钠盐。Sodium alginate 可以从褐藻海带中提取纯化。Sodium alginate 可应用于食品添加剂以及药品,吸附重金属离子并且具有粘膜保护和止血作用。

用途: 稳定剂。增稠剂。作人造半透膜。媒染剂。 生化级用于固定细胞、酶;如海藻酸钠法固定化谷氨酸脱羧酶。海藻酸基质可以通过添加螯合剂而液化。
