6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶抑制剂;6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase inhibitor;100ml水可溶0.3g，不溶于一般有机溶剂。有致畸可能性。;Product Application：6-Aminonicotinamide induces apoptosis in tumor cells. It is clinically used in disseminated neoplastic disease. It also acts as 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase inhibitor. It aids in the treatment of psoriasis. It is used as cancer chemotherapeutic drug in animals.

体内研究：

6-Aminonicotinamide (20 mg/kg；腹腔注射；刺激时间；第 1、10 或 11 和 21 天) 单独诱导小但显著的肿瘤生长延迟 (4.3+/-0.8 天)。在 CD8F1 乳腺肿瘤模型中，先用 6-Aminonicotinamide 处理再放疗可诱导 57.0+/-3.8 天的肿瘤生长延迟。
