体内研究：

前药 LB80380 (口服给药; 30、60、120、240 毫克) 会迅速吸收并转化为其母体药物贝西福韦 (LB80331) (在血浆中未检测到 LB80380)。LB80331 的中值 Tmax 范围为给药后 1.0 至 2.0 小时。此后，血浆 LB80331 浓度呈单指数下降，t1/2 的平均值为 2.5~3.3 h。
