| 体内研究： | Menthone (100 mg/kg, 关节注射, 14 天) 抑制 CIA 小鼠模型中 Th1 和 Th17 细胞的表达。 Menthone (8-200 mg/kg, 灌胃, 每天一次, 5 周) 通过调节 Th2 偏向免疫平衡和减轻肥大细胞脱颗粒，来改善OVA 致敏和挑战的过敏性哮喘炎症小鼠模型中的肺部和气道的过敏性炎症状态。 Menthone (100 mg/kg, 关节注射, 14 天) 有助于缓解 CIA 小鼠类风湿关节炎的局部炎症。 |
