高度选择性的mGlu5拮抗剂;Highly selective mGlu5antagonist;;

体内研究：

SIB-1757 (20 mg/kg，腹腔注射) 可降低对乙酰氨基酚诱导的小鼠肝脏 iNOS 表达和活性增加。
SIB-1757 (足底注射 100 μg，或皮下注射 20 mg/kg) 可逆转大鼠脊髓神经结扎引起的热痛觉过敏。
