体内研究：

4-Vinylcyclohexene dioxide (80 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每日一次，1-15 天) 通过激活雌性 F344 大鼠小腔前卵泡中的胱天蛋白酶级联反应来加速卵泡闭锁。
4-Vinylcyclohexene dioxide (80 mg/kg；腹腔注射；5-10 天) 可促进中年 C57BL/6J 小鼠超排卵，提高血清 E2 和 FSH 水平，并增强卵泡发育。
4-Vinylcyclohexene dioxide (100-500 mg/kg；口服；每日一次，共 28 天) 可破坏雄性 Wistar 大鼠睾丸和附睾中的精子特性，降低生殖激素水平，并诱导氧化应激和细胞凋亡。
