体内研究：

AG14361 (5 和 15 mg/kg，ip) 没有毒性，不抑制肿瘤的生长。然而，AG14361 显著增强 NSC 362856 对抗 LoVo 异种移植物的活性，并在与 NSC 362856 结合时延缓肿瘤生长。AG14361 (15 mg/kg，ip) 照射前处理显著增加了携带 LoVo 异种移植物的小鼠对放射处理的敏感性。AG14361 (30 mg/kg) 协同 Lestaurtinib 抑制同种异体移植物中乳腺癌肿瘤的活性。
