体内研究：

Pancuronium dibromide (0.5 mg/kg；静脉注射) 可消除豚鼠 (250-300 g，雄性) 注射乙酰胆碱 (ACh) 和迷走神经刺激引起的心动过缓。在产生 100% 神经肌肉阻滞的剂量下，Pancuronium dibromide (0.04 mg/kg) 可增强迷走神经诱发的支气管收缩。
Pancuronium dibromide 可增强肾上腺素能神经刺激的作用，在大鼠肛门尾骨和输精管中发现。
