NSC5844 (Compound 1) is cytotoxic to P. falciparum, inhibits the growth of chloroquine-sensitive (D-6) and -resistant (W-2) clones of P. falciparum, with IC50s of 17 and 27 nM, respectively | ||||||||||||||||||||
