EC330, a potential LIF inhibitor, inhibits the activation of STAT3, PI3K/AKT, and mTOR signaling pathways by LIF, preferentially inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells with LIF overexpression, also inhibits LIF function in promoting migration of cancer cells

体内研究：

EC330 inhibits multi-functional cytokine LIF function in promoting tumor growth in vivo

细胞实验：

Cell lines: MCF7, MDA-MB231 cell lines Concentrations: -- Incubation Time: 24 h Method: The effect of EC330 on viability of cells with or without ectopic LIF expression was assessed in cells treated with different concentrations of EC330 for 24 h. Cell viability was determined by the Vi-CELL counter that performs a trypan blue exclusion method. Cell proliferation was determined by counting cell numbers daily for four days

动物实验：

Animal Models: BALB/c nude mice model of subcutaneous xenograft tumors formed by MDA-MB231 cells with ectopic LIF expression Dosages: 1 mg/kg Administration: i.p.
