After oral dosing of the CD-1 mice with 28.1 mg/kg of balapiravir (Ro 4588161; R1626), R1479 reaches a Cmax and a minimum concentration in plasma (Cmin) of 24.38 μM and 6.34 μM, respectively, at 2 h and 24 h postdosing
