SPI-112 是一种非细胞渗透的具有 Src homology region 2 domain-containing phosphatase 2 (SHP-2, PTPN11) 的抑制剂，在无细胞试验中IC50值为1 μM

SPI-112 is a not cell permeable inhibitor of Src homology region 2 domain-containing phosphatase 2 (SHP-2, PTPN11) with IC50 of 1.0 μM, suggesting that SPI-112 binds to the catalytic pocket

细胞实验：

Cell lines: MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cells Concentrations: 100 μM Incubation Time: 10 min Method: Sub-confluent MDA-MB-468 cells were serum-starved in DMEM/0.1% BSA for 18 h, pretreated overnight with SPI-112 (100 μM) and stimulated with EGF (50 ng/ml, 10 min) or mocked treated as indicated. Shp2 was immunoprecipitated from cell lysate supernatants and Shp2 PTP activity was measured.
