BCI (100 ng/mL；24 h) 下调 RAW264.7 巨噬细胞中 DUSP6 的表达。 BCI (0-1 nM；24 h) 抑制 DUSP6的表达脂多糖 (LPS) 激活的巨噬细胞中的 IL-1β 和 IL-6。 BCI (0-4 nM；24 小时) 在 LPS 激活的巨噬细胞中减少 ROS 产生并激活 Nrf2 通路。 Western Blot Analysis Cell Line: RAW264.7 macrophage cells Concentration: 100 ng/mL Incubation Time: 24 hours Result: Showed DUSP6 protein downregulation. RT-PCR Cell Line: RAW264.7 macrophage cells Concentration: 0-1 nM Incubation Time: 24 hours Result: Inhibited the expression of IL-1β and IL-6 mRNA in LPS-activated macrophages.
