DSP-4 hydrochloride (i.p.; 50 mg/kg; single) destroys the LC neurons and fibers. Animal Model: rats Dosage: 50 mg/kg Administration: intraperitoneal , single Result: Not visualized large projection neurons and the fibers of the LC.
