NSC 698600 (25 µM; 72 h) exhibits antiproliferative effect to SK-N-SH and HCT116 cells. Cell Proliferation Assay Cell Line: SK-N-SH, HCT116 cells Concentration: 25 µM Incubation Time: 72 h Result: Showed antiproliferative effect to SK-N-SH and HCT116 cells with GI50 of 12.2 µM and growth inhibition of 40%, respectively.
