VU-1545 (10 and 100 μM) promotes AKT activation. VU-1545 at the concentrations of 0.1 and 1.0 μM efficiently promots Akt activation above basal levels. Western Blot Analysis Cell Line: Neuronal cells Concentration: 10 and 100 μM Incubation Time: 5 minutes Result: Promoted Akt phosphorylation as efficiently at the concentration of 10.0 μM as at the concentration of 100.0 μM. |
