Animal Model: Male SD rats (200-300 g and 300–350 g) Dosage: 5 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg, 25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg Administration: Oral gavage Result: Exerted an anxiolytic effect in rats exposed to the elevated plus maze (EPM) test. |
