OSBPL7-IN-1 (compound G or Cpd G; 1-10 µM) increase plasma membrane ATP-binding cassette transporter (ABCA1) in cultured human podocytes, and significantly increase ABCA1-dependent cholesterol efflux. |
| 体内研究： |
OSBPL7-IN-1 (100 mg/kg; oral gavage; daily; for 28 days) treatment normalizes proteinuria and prevents renal function decline in mouse models of proteinuric kidney disease. Animal Model:Female Balb/c mice induced by Adriamycin (ADR) Dosage:100 mg/kg Administration:Oral gavage; daily; for 28 days Result:Normalized proteinuria, and significantly reduced renal fibrosis and renal functional decline. |
