体内研究：

利用近期分离的费城染色体阳性急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞系，在严重联合免疫缺陷症-米色 (SCID-Beige) 小鼠全身性肿瘤模型中，CKI-7 表现出体内剂量依赖性的抗肿瘤活性。标准细胞周期同步研究表明，CKI-7 可激活细胞周期依赖性的胱天蛋白酶 3 (caspase 3)，并导致细胞凋亡。
