For maximum solubility in aqueous buffers, DCFH-DA can be directly disolved in 0.1 M Na2CO3 (5 mg/ml) and then immediately diluted with PBS (pH 7.2) to achieve the desired concentration or pH. Upon neutralization of the solution the concentration may not be greater than 1 mg/ml. We do not recommend storing the aqueous solution for more than one day. | ||||||||||||||||||||
