Dictamnine (Dictamine) has the ability to exert cytotoxicity in human cervix, colon, and oral carcinoma cells; A natural plant product has been reported to have antimicrobial activity against bacteria and fungi. IC50 value: Target: Dictamnine has antimicrobial activities against the model fungus Saccharomyces cerevisiae, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value of 64 microg/ml . Dic induced S phase cell cycle arrest at low concentration and cell apoptosis at high concentration in which loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψmm) was not involved. 体内研究：

Dictamine (2 μg/mL，200 μL，每日一次，持续 14 天) 可减轻恶唑酮诱导的特应性皮炎小鼠模型的皮肤炎症和皮肤肿胀。

Dictamine (50 和 100 mg/kg，口服，每周 3 次) 可抑制 HCT116 异种移植肿瘤模型中的肿瘤生长。

Dictamine (1 和 5 mg/kg，200 μL，涂于皮肤) 可改善 2,4-二硝基氟苯诱导的特应性皮炎小鼠的慢性瘙痒。
