体内研究：

NLRP3-IN-2 耐受性良好，对体内葡萄糖水平没有影响。
NLRP3-IN-2 (100 mg/kg) 在 AMI 模型中的处理由于缺血+再灌注显著抑制心脏中炎症小体 (caspase-1) 的活性达 90% (P<0.01)，并减少梗死面积，病理测量 (>40%，P<0.01) 和肌钙蛋白 I 水平 (>70%，P<0.01)。
