体内研究：

Asiaticoside (50 mg/kg/d) 可阻断肺动脉高压大鼠的缺氧性肺动脉高压 (PH)、心血管重塑和内皮细胞损伤的发展。Asiaticoside (5、15 或 45 mg/kg，口服) 改善学习和记忆缺陷，保护海马免受损伤，减少海马中的 Aβ 沉积，并改善用 Aβ 寡聚体处理的大鼠受损的亚细胞结构。
