| 产品描述： | Salicylic acid is a natural product extract from Willow bark, well known as an antiinflammatory and antinociceptive agent and a close structural relative to acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin). Salicylic acid is a ubiquitous plant hormone with many regulatory functions involved in local disease resistance mechanisms and systemic acquired resistance. The antiinflammatory and antinociceptive effects produced by Salicylic acid and its derivatives in animals are due to inhibition of COX-1 and COX-2 (cyclooxygenase) enzyme activity and suppression of prostaglandin biosynthesis. 在 C57Bl/6 DIO 小鼠中，Salicylic acid 降低空腹和餐后血浆葡萄糖水平。此外，在 C57Bl/6 DIO 小鼠中，Salicylic acid 处理后有降低血浆甘油三酯水平的趋势 (P=0.059)。Salicylic acid 显著降低 C57Bl/6 DIO 小鼠网膜脂肪组织中的 11β-HSD1 mRNA，在肠系膜脂肪中具有相似的趋势 (P=0.057)。在 C57Bl/6 DIO 小鼠的肠系膜脂肪中，Salicylic acid 还降低 11β-HSD1 酶活性。 |
