体内研究：

Doripenem (S 4661；MIC 范围为 2 至 16 μg/ml；皮下注射；1 小时和 4 小时输注；0.2 ml 注射) monohydrate 显示出对铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌作用。
Doripenem (10、50、150 mg/kg；0.2 ml 体积；皮下注射 2 小时) monohydrate在 10 mg/kg 剂量对小鼠的 T1/2 为 0.41 小时，CL 为 673.9 mL/h•kg。
