DL-Menthol (0.2-3.0 mM；水体给药；单次；短期处理) 在日本青鳉 (Oryzias latipes)、金鱼 (Carassius auratus) 和斑马鱼 (Danio rerio) 模型中，呈剂量依赖性诱导手术麻醉，高浓度时 (3.0 mM) 先引发快速运动，然后转为麻醉。0.5 mM DL-Menthol 在日本青鳉、金鱼和斑马鱼中造成的手术麻醉百分率分别为 100%，90% 和 100% of zebrafish。 |
