产品描述：

黄嘌呤醇烟酸酯是黄嘌呤醇和烟酸的组合，其起血管扩张剂的作用。研究表明烟酸黄嘌呤酚可以在肿瘤复氧期间调节肿瘤。黄嘌呤烟酸还显示出抗血小板和溶栓活性。另外，由于其抗血小板活性，该化合物可降低全血粘度，并降低胆固醇和纤维蛋白原。

体内研究：

Xanthinol Nicotinate (Xanthinol Niacinate; 75 mg/kg; IP) rapidly and transiently modifies tumor pO2 and the maximal pO2 values are obtained 10 to 30 minutes after Xanthinol Nicotinate administration.
Xanthinol Nicotinate is able to radiosensitize the tumors when applying 10 Gy of X-Rays during the reoxygenation of the tumors (enhancement in radiation response of 1.4).
