产品描述：

Baccatin III is the precursor to paclitaxel/ taxol. Antileukaemic and antitumor agent isolated from the bark of the Pacific yew tree (Taxus breviofolia). Baccatin III binds to tubules when they are assembled in the cell and stabilizes the polymerized form of tubules so that they remain assembled even under conditions in which microtubules dissociate into tubulin subunits. Baccatin III is also an inducer of apoptosis and shows antitumor properties in vitro;Baccatin III is the precursor to paclitaxel/ taxol. 体内研究：

Baccatin III (0.05-0.5 mg/kg；灌胃；每日一次；17-19 天) 显著抑制 BALB/c 小鼠 4T1 乳腺癌或 CT26 结肠癌的肿瘤生长并减少髓源性抑制细胞 (MDSC) 的积累。
Baccatin III (5-10 mg/kg；腹腔注射；单次；21 天) 通过抑制 TGF-β1 减轻 C57BL/6 小鼠中 Bleomycin 诱导的肺纤维化。
