产品描述：

1-溴十七氟辛烷是一种全氟化碳。使用精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸 (RGD) 多肽对全氟辛基溴的聚乙二醇化聚酯纳米胶囊进行表面修饰，用于肿瘤成像。全氟辛基溴纳米胶囊已被开发作为超声和磁共振成像 (MRI) 的双重造影剂。1-溴十七氟辛烷可作为氟-19 磁共振成像血管系统造影剂或用于合成氧载体，也被用作血液替代品乳剂中的氧载体。;1-Bromoheptadecafluorooctane (perfluorooctyl bromide) is a perfluorocarbon. Poly(ethylene glycol)ylated polyester nanocapsules of perfluorooctyl bromide were surface-decorated with a RGD (arginine-glycine-aspartic acid) peptide, were used for tumor imaging. Nanocapsules of perfluorooctyl bromide have been developed as dual contrast agent for ultrasonography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).Oxygen carrier in emulsions used as blood substitutes.

体内研究：

Perflubron (50 μL，鼻腔内给药，小鼠被杀死前 24 h) 通过抑制 chemokine 表达和 NF-κB 活化来减少呼吸道合胞病毒感染小鼠的肺部炎症。
Perflubron (10 mL/kg，滴注，滴注时间约 1 min) 可增强患有慢性肺泡充盈的转基因小鼠肺中腺病毒介导的基因表达。
Perflubron (39.4-46.6 mL/kg，滴注，滴注时间为 17-28 min) 可增加恒河猴的 BAL 液总细胞数和 β-半乳糖苷酶活性。
