体内研究：

Suberic acid (0.05%-0.2% (w/w)；口服、饮食摄入；每周 3 次；10 周) 在 UVB 照射的无毛小鼠模型中，可抑制皮肤干燥、皱纹形成和表皮增厚，增加真皮胶原蛋白纤维密度，调节 TGF-β 和 MAPK 信号通路相关分子表达。
