体内研究：

Arctigenin (250 μg/mL；0.2 mL；腹腔注射，每周 6 次，持续 9 周) 抑制裸鼠中 PANC-1 肿瘤的生长。
Arctigenin (10 mg/kg；腹腔注射，每日一次，持续 30 天) 缓解小鼠实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 (EAE) 症状。
