体内研究：

2-Benzylsuccinic acid (200 mg/kg/天；口服；饮用水；从 SNI 手术前 3 天开始) 显著降低保留神经损伤 (SNI) 小鼠模型中脊髓 carboxypeptidase A 的活性并减轻冷痛觉过敏，但对机械痛觉过敏没有显著影响。
