Alliin (500 mg/kg, 灌胃, 10 天) 通过减少促炎细胞因子（iNOS、TNF-α 和 IL-6）表达，并抑制 ERK1/2、JNK、p38 和 PPARγ 磷酸化，改善 DSS 结肠炎小鼠模型中的结肠损伤和脾脏变化。
