体内研究：

Felbinac (50 mg/kg; i.p.; 单次给药) 单独使用不引起小鼠惊厥，对脂肪酸代谢和葡萄糖代谢无影响。
Felbinac（20，60mg/kg; p.o; 单次给药) 在大鼠、小鼠中有抗炎，镇痛和致溃疡活性。
