体内研究：

Sodium Picosulfate (10 mg/kg, 溶解在添加 0.3% 黄蓍胶的水中, 灌胃) 对大鼠回肠和结肠上皮细胞增殖没有重大影响。
Sodium Picosulfate (2.5, 10 mg/kg/day, 溶解在 0.5% 的黄蓍胶中, 灌胃) 不会引起大鼠结肠运动的慢性变化。
