体内研究：

Trimethadione（100-600 mg/kg，腹腔注射，单剂量）可改善 Capsaicin 诱导的大鼠机械性痛觉过敏，并在戊四氮 (pentylenetetrazol) 诱导的大鼠癫痫模型中表现出抗惊厥作用。
Trimethadione（200 mg/kg/天，口服，加入饮用水中，持续 2-3 周）可在 C57BL/6J 小鼠模型中预防和减轻噪音引起的永久性听力损失 (PTS)，并改善暂时性听力损失 (TTS)。
