Thiostrepton (ip；17 mg/kg) 降低尤文氏肉瘤 (EWS) 细胞的致瘤性。对照小鼠的肿瘤体积从处理开始增加了约 6 倍，而经过 Thiostrepton 处理的对应物仅增加了约 1.7 倍，相对于对照组减少了约 3.5 倍。 |
