体内研究：

CGP52432 (10、30 mg/kg) 对小鼠在高架十字迷宫中总手臂进入次数和总头部下沉次数没有影响。
CGP52432 (100 nmol/kg，静脉注射，或 1 nmol/kg，脑室内注射) 可消除 GABA (50 μmol/kg，静脉注射) 对缺血期间增强的肾交感神经活动 (RSNA) 的抑制作用，从而消除 GABA 在大鼠中的肾脏保护作用。
