HA15 displays anti-cancerous activity on all melanoma cells tested, including cells isolated from patients and cells that developed resistance to BRAF inhibitors.TargetsBiP/GRP78/HSPA5In vitroHA15 induces ER stress leading to cancer cell death in vitro and overcomes BRAF inhibitor resistance in melanoma cells.In vivoHA15 induces ER stress leading to cancer cell death and exhibits strong efficacy in xenograft mouse models with melanoma cells either sensitive or resistant to BRAF inhibitors.

体内研究：

HA15（0.7 mg/只小鼠/天；皮下注射；持续 2 周）可抑制小鼠黑色素瘤的发展，未引起明显毒性，且其行为、体重或肝脏质量无变化，表明没有肝肿大。
HA15（0.7 mg/只小鼠；腹腔注射；每周 5 天）可抑制体内 MPM 肿瘤的生长。
