广谱溴结构域抑制剂;Broad spectrum bromodomain inhibitor;;product description：Bromosporine对于BRD2，BRD4，BRD9和CECR2的IC50分别为410nM、290nM、122nM和17nM。

体内研究：

Bromosporine (100 mg/kg；i.p.；每日一次，持续 10 天) 显示出比单独使用更好的抗肿瘤活性 5-Fluorouracil 。
